Job Description:
The Event Operations Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of on-ground

event operations. This involves collaborating with venue staff to enhance the event

experience, maintaining and setting high standards for food and drinks, fostering positive

will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for event

management and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Coordination:
○ Liaise with venue ground staff to ensure all event components, such as setup,

audiovisual, and logistics, are executed as planned.

○ Oversee the quality and presentation of food, drinks, and other amenities to

ensure a high-quality guest experience.

○ Coordinate with security and other personnel to ensure smooth event flow

and safety for all attendees.

2. Creator Relations:
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing creators and influencers,

ensuring they are engaged and satisfied with the collaboration.

○ Act as the primary point of contact for creators during events, addressing any

concerns or needs promptly and effectively.

3. Creator Mapping and Onboarding:
○ Identify and map potential new creators who align with Brandfuelr's profile

benchmarks.

○ Onboard new creators into the community, ensuring they understand the

brand's values and expectations.

4. Event Planning and Execution:
○ Assist in the planning and execution of events, including budgeting,

scheduling, and logistics coordination.

○ Ensure all event components are aligned with the brand’s objectives and

standards.

5. Event Reporting:
○ Create comprehensive event reports at the conclusion of each event,

including metrics on attendance, engagement, feedback, and overall success.

○ Share event reports with brand partners, highlighting key outcomes and areas

for improvement.

6. Vendor and Partner Management:
○ Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely

delivery and setup of event elements.

○ Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to achieve cost-effective

solutions.

7. Continuous Improvement:
○ Collect feedback from attendees, creators, and partners to identify areas of

improvement.

○ Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the overall

event experience.

8. Administrative Duties:
○ Maintain accurate records of event details, communications, and financial

transactions.

○ Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring expenditures are in line with

approved allocations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in event operations, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry standards is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,233.36 - ₹35,051.54 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
