Daily visit to retail market with ISR/TSI/SO and make min. 15-20 calls.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer database (SS and Distributors) according to teritorry requirement.
- Maintaining and increasing the sales of company's products for the assigned area.
- Responsible for the primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned area. Ensuring min. stock level at SS and Distributor.
- Recruiting and developing the sales team (ISR / TSI / SO) for the assigned area as per requirement.
- Ensuring your team’s total cost below 10% against primary sales month on month.
- Smooth execution of new product/brand launch in the market.
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to achieve their targets.
- Meeting with key accounts on regular basis and maintaining healthy business relations.
- Keep track on stock of slow moving products and ensure timely movement from SS / Distributor point. Also focus on increasing the sales of slow moving products.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures. Giving timely reports to the company.
- Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization.
- Competition tracking.
- Daily and timely reporting to the company and reporting manager as per instructions.
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
