**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Perform comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify valuable opportunities for content optimization and targeting.

Optimize website content, structure, and architecture to enhance search engine visibility and user experience.

Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to identify areas for improvement.

Conduct regular audits to ensure website adherence to SEO best practices, identify technical issues, and provide recommendations for optimization.

Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling, keyword-rich content that aligns with SEO objectives.

Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., PPC advertising, display advertising, social media advertising) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing techniques to continually enhance SEO and performance marketing strategies.

Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to outperform competitors in search engine rankings.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web developers, designers, and content creators, to ensure SEO best practices are implemented during website development and updates.

Provide regular reports and updates on SEO performance, campaign effectiveness, and website metrics to stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, preferably in a digital agency or in-house marketing team.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
- Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
