We represent FINTOO - A Digital Wealth Advisory organization based in Mumbai. We are looking for someone for Company Secretary and Compliance Executive.

Job Description:

- Experience in Incorporation of Company, LLP, Section 8 Company
- Having knowledge of maintenance of various minutes books, statutory registers, corporate registers
- Experience in handling and filing various forms of secretarial compliances time-to-time basis as per applicability including Investment Advisory Regulations and IRDA Regulations.
- Technical Competence and Strategic Thinking Good level of technical knowledge and judgment and can be well-reasoned and researched.
- Leading the team to complete targets or goals related to compliances or various filing activities.
- Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews continuously improve the processes so that team and firm can capture the leveraging knowledge at every time.
- Professionalism and Ethical Practices Looks and Sound Professional by communication and attire. Understand the Importance of Ethical Practice with clients and their issues. Good communication skills / effective co-ordinator / good writing skills / good listener. Experience in handling departmental compliances and matters and ability to make good relationships with department officials.
- Ability to work within teams / under pressure and help team in achieving deadlines.
