**Job Title: Business Development Trainee**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the business development team in identifying new leads and potential clients through market research and outreach activities.
- Support the development and implementation of business development strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales collateral for client meetings and pitches.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and other opportunities to expand the company's network and presence in the industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to support business development efforts.
- Provide administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and preparing expense reports.
- Shadow senior team members to learn about the sales process, negotiation techniques, and client management strategies.
- Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in business development and sales.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Interest in pursuing a career in business development, sales, or related fields.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous internship or work experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and tools.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of basic sales principles and techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
