**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct cold calling to prospective clients to introduce Vettel Tech’s offerings and set up meetings.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing.
- Create and deliver proposals and demos to showcase Vettel Tech’s products and services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, industry challenges, and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on strategies and messaging.
- Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to help shape future product offerings.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology or software development sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct effective cold calling and build relationships with potential clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in using CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
