Game Designer

We are looking for a game designer with a passion for multiple genres of games and an understanding of the industry, market and target audiences.

**Game Designer Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualizing and developing characters, rules, settings and stories for new games.
- Prototyping new games.
- Ensuring consistency of UV mapping and polygonal subdivisions.
- Interpret abstract ideas into the creation of compelling photo-real or stylized 3D assets.
- Following industry trends and good practices.
- Developing design and gaming protocols with quality control.

**Game Designer Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in game design, computer science or computer engineering or relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in designing casual mobile games or entertainment products of similar nature.
- Must have deep and comprehensive knowledge of the games industry and game design (learning curve, directing the player, difficulty levels, balancing, pacing, motivation & reward cycle, accessibility).
- At least one casual/freemium game or entertainment product, ideally on mobile.
- Basic knowledge of 2D/3D graphic.
- Proficiency in game engines and related game design software, including Unity.
- Experience with modding shooters highly relevant.
- Good understanding of UX and UI (tools like Photoshop, Illustrator to design concepts).
- 3d modeling, texturing and game ui designing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your game design.

3D modelers may need knowledge of a combination of the following software:
Maya

ZBrush

Blender

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
