**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that involve creating and executing sales and marketing strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining and expanding client base

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and expand market reach.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and pitches to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with customers.
- Collaborate with teams to develop campaigns, promotions, and materials.
- Provide product/service feedback and insights to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
- Identify and cultivate new client prospects while nurturing existing relationships to expand the client base and boost sales revenue.
- Craft compelling sales presentations tailored to individual client needs.
- Generate accurate sales forecasts and reports, offering insights to enhance sales strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, marketing automation and CRM software.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
