Real Estate Salesperson

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to provide updates on property listings and market trends.
Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients, providing detailed information about the properties.
Assist clients in understanding the buying and selling process, including legal and financial aspects.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth transactions.
Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and sales activities.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in real estate.
Strong understanding of the real estate market and property management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
