Dispatch Co-ordinator

**Requirements -**

**1) **Graduation in any field

**2) **Minimum 6 months or 1 year of experience required in logistics or customer care profile

**3) **Good communication Skills

**4) **Fluent speaking skills

**5) **Must be comfortable with night shifts
- Follow up with drivers for on-time Pick-up and delivery.
- Resolving driver issues related with Relay (Amazon Tracking software) or anything else.
- Diligently keeping an eye on check in-out times of the drivers through relay app
- Maintaining a proper record of work done by the drivers and truck for each specific territory
- Dispatching and planning of Ad-hoc loads
- Cover up additional trailer pool on respective facilities as and when required
- Handing over the shift report to the supervisor before leaving

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 6 months or 1 year in logistics or customer care profile (preferred)
