We are a logistics company based in Canada with inland and interstate trucking at its heart. We are in close networks with Canadian Rails and Ports and pick up and return freight from/to either of these locations. Our operations span Ontario, Montreal and US locations.

You will be a part of a 20-member team. You are required to build and sustain a strong & reliable relationship with the clients with your proactive communication and close coordination with other teams.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Sending Dispatch Instructions to drivers
- Tracking drivers & providing updates to CS team with ETAs
- GPS monitoring of trucks to cut down truck idling
- Checking LED to follow up on next dispatch
- Planning dispatch for next day with the allocated trucks and drivers
- Need to follow geographical mapping of Canada & US
- Live data entry of container in & out
- Co-ordination with drivers
- Updation in various softwares

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Graduate and above with valid experience may apply.
- Fluency in English. No Mother Tongue Influence.
- Proficient with MS- Excel, Outlook.
- Age upto 35 years
- Should be comfortable working in Night & Rotational shift
