**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel and provide assistance as required.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area to create a positive first impression for visitors.
- Develop and maintain a visitor registration process to ensure security and accountability.
- Greet and register visitors upon their arrival, obtaining necessary information such as name, purpose of visit, and contact details.
- Issue visitor badges or passes and ensure visitors are escorted to their designated areas.
- Maintain the records, documents and files of company.
- Maintain a record of employee in and out times, including login and logout times.
- Utilize an attendance tracking system or software to accurately record employee hours.
- Assist staff members with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments.
- Create, format, and edit documents using word processing software such as Microsoft Word.
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors before finalizing them for distribution.
- Generate templates, forms, or standardized documents to streamline administrative processes.
- They should manage user accounts within the biometric system, including adding new users, removing former employees, and updating user profiles as needed.
- Maintain timely biometric records for accurate payroll reporting
- Arrange Management and Employee flights, hotels, transport. Cost-effective and HO to Plant also
- Maintain office supplies inventory, Kitchen Item maintain records and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate with HR team for new joiners, Coordinate the Vendors, Arrange the ID card / Documents printing
- Assist in preparing meeting rooms or event spaces by setting up chairs, tables, and audiovisual equipment.
- Arrange for catering services, including ordering food and beverages and setting up serving areas.
- Provide logístical support during meetings or events, such as managing attendee lists or taking meeting minutes.
- To Serve as a liaison between the office and the building supervisor or facility management team.
- Communicate office needs, such as Maintenance Requests or Security Concerns, to the Building Supervisor.
- Coordinate building Access for Employees and Visitors, Ensuring Compliance with Security Protocols.Qualifications
- Should be well versed with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication with good typing skills
- Belief in teamwork
- Must have Bachelor's Degree in any stream
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
