Qualification
- 1-3 years of experience within the travel agency industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming service calls with a courteous and professional approach.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to deliver tailored solutions and achieve complete satisfaction.
- Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the team to drive performance and meet sales goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the agency's reach.
- Foster relationships with existing clients and cultivate new client relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all aspects of the travel company.
- Coordinate B2B sales and corporate sales.
- Streamline processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maximize profitability through cost-effective operations and revenue optimization.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
