**About Job**:

- Must Have Skills AB testing
- Min. 2 Years Experience in Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics are preferred
- Database testing and Data Analytics
- JavaScript, HTML is mandatory
- ADA testing at least need to know but fine if no prior experience

- Develop and implement a well-designed A/B testing strategy per reommendations from product team Analyse data to identify trends
- ollaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and business leaders to support site operations and meet project deadlines.
- Analyse the performance of current A/B testing strategies
- Offer solutions for A/B testing strategy improvement
- Identify deficiencies and bugs
- Report deficiencies or bugs in a timely manner
- Communicate with Digital Marketing Teams
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a UI developer
- 3+ years’ experience in Adobe Target
- 3+ years of experience in planning and implementing a successful A/B testing strategy
- 3+ years of experience in ReactJS, Bootstrap, advanced JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
- 3+ experience using JSON-based REST microservices
- Use current standards of responsive, component-based web design and Performance optimization techniques
- Knowledge of ADA
- Experience with defect tracking/management software and ability to formulate metrics.
- Comprehensive knowledge with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
