**About us**:
Y4D Foundation works with the mission "Empowering the Underprivileged" through intensive programs focused on environment, education, health, and livelihood.

He will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of tree plantation project. This role involves coordinating and executing various activities related to tree plantation, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budget. He will work closely with project stakeholders, and other relevant partners, to ensure the successful execution of the project. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for environmental conservation and sustainable development.

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including goals, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project activities align with overall objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings and consultations with project team members, stakeholders, and partners to monitor progress and address any challenges.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure the seamless execution of the project.

**Tree Plantation Activities**:

- Identify suitable sites for tree plantation, considering ecological factors, community needs, and project objectives.
- Coordinate the procurement, distribution, and planting of tree saplings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and guidelines during tree plantation activities.
- Monitor and evaluate tree growth and health, implementing necessary measures to mitigate risks and enhance survival rates.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Establish and maintain effective relationships with local communities, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with community groups and organize awareness campaigns to promote community participation and ownership of the project.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and capacity-building activities for project beneficiaries and volunteers.

**Monitoring and Evaluation**:

- Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation framework to assess project progress, impact, and sustainability.
- Collect and analyze data on tree growth, survival rates, and environmental indicators.
- Prepare regular reports on project performance, including successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in forestry, environmental science, natural resource management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of environmental conservation or sustainability.
- Knowledge of tree plantation techniques, ecological principles, and relevant environmental regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for environmental conservation and a commitment to sustainable development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
