**Client and Query Handling**:
Ø Handle client calls and inquiries professionally and promptly.

Ø Address and resolve client queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Back Office Operations**:
Ø Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.

Ø Manage and maintain records, documents, and files accurately.

**Verbal and Written Communication**:
Ø Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with clients, team members, and management.

Ø Draft and proofread internal and external correspondence.

**Inventory Management Support**:
Ø Assist with the tracking and management of inventory levels.

Ø Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate inventory records.

**Invoice and Financial Processing**:
Ø Process business invoices, bills, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.

Ø Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded and processed according to company policies.

**Branch Cooperation**:
Ø Collaborate effectively with branch staff to ensure smooth operational processes.

Ø Support cross-functional teams and contribute to branch goals.
