Roles and Responsibilities: Documentation & Reporting Knowledge: Process Documentation, Monitoring, Evaluation, Coordinating, Mobilising & Supervision of the activities in project areas. Conduct Analytical work, Report Writing, Compilation of weekly/ monthly Reports. Preparation of Documents, Facilitating better Record Keeping process, Minutes of Meetings & Workshops.

Designing Program structures, methodology and deliverables.

Preparing program reports ,Case studies in English

Traveling to the field locations to monitor and reviewing the execution of the program.

Responsible for overseeing the execution of project deliverables, budgeting, and action plans and monitoring processes, such that we achieve the results specified in the grant agreement.

Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis to the donor

Liaising with the Program head.

Qualifications and Experience: Masters in Social Work, Development studies or any equivalent field.

Subject knowledge of English, Hindi and kannada

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

Willingness to travel, including rural field visits.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Ability to work well in teams.

**Salary**: ₹9,584.65 - ₹18,000.00 per month
