Urgent opening for **Inside Sales Executive **with **PELF Infotech Pvt Ltd **for **Pune & Kolkata** location. Please find below the details:
Education - BE / BTech / Diploma (Preferably - Mechanical / Civil / Production / Electrical / Instrumentation)

Experience - 1 - 4 years

Skills - Excellent verbal & written communication (English Mandatory + local language), Presentation Skills,

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Generate new database from various engineering websites and various Digital Platforms available, for cold calling
- Generate new leads from engineering, manufacturing sectors through telephonic conversation, customized presentations, Mailer campaigns.
- Generate product or service interest for prospects by providing them benefits and information about product.
- Set up appointments with Prospects/customers for demonstrations and provide information of representative who will provide demonstrations
- Handle inbound calls and provide callers with product and service information
- Taking Lead in arranging Various Marketing Events, Customer Meets and Sending event invitations, making calls to invite prospects for the event
- Maintain fruitful relationships with existing Clients
- Prepare various monthly reports and maintain entire database
- Responsible for maximizing sales profitability, growth and account penetration.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual unit and revenue goals through accurate monthly forecasts and manage end-to-end sales activities of the assigned territory. Work hand in hand with engineers to demonstrate solutions to fill client needs. Continue a coordinated effort to ensure client success and on-going sales opportunities
- Developing strong long term relationship with existing large commercial by planning courtesy calls, communicating on regular basis, answering queries.
- Maintain database of customers, sales order, and invoicing records with mailing details
- Monitor product order shipment to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Customer Co-ordination
- Co-ordination with sales & technical team
- CRM & Data handling
- The process includes taking strong follow ups, quotation preparation, CRM handling, strong convincing & negotiation skills.
- Key coordination with marketing for specific seminars events.
- Presenting and attending various Kick off meets, Conferences and Boot Camps
