Office Administrator

Active participation in Vendor management.
- Responsible for maintaining admin records.
- Coordinating the internal activities of the organization like supervising housekeeping operations.
- Maintaining all office supplies like stationery, Pantry stuff, supplies, etc.
- Retrieve, communicate and update all the invoice details every month.
- Receive, redirect and maintain all the incoming and outgoing correspondence, including couriers, bills, vendors, supplies..etc.
- Maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
- Travel (Flight) & Hotel Bookings.
- Working closely with the Finance team and assisting them with Accounting and Book Keeping activities.
Qualification: Any degree
Experience: 0 - 5 years
**Preferred only Males**
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
