Job Title: Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a talented and dynamic Social Media Marketing Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management and marketing. As an SMM Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.

Manage and maintain our presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, ads, and campaigns to attract and retain followers.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.

Analyze social media insights and data to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.

Collaborate with the content team to align social media efforts with overall content marketing strategies.

Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our website or landing pages.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our brand's competitiveness in the digital landscape.

Implement influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations to reach a wider audience and promote brand awareness.

Work with the design team to create visually appealing and shareable social media graphics and videos.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and results.

In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.

Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Creativity and ability to think outside the box to drive audience engagement.

Proficiency in using social media advertising tools and running ad campaigns.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple social media channels simultaneously.

Understanding of SEO and how it relates to social media.
