**About the Opportunity**:
As Noodle.ai scales, we are looking for a Principal Product Strategist with deep expertise in supply chain planning to help shape the next generation of probabilistic planning systems. You understand the existing landscape of planning technology... and you think bigger. You have a profound intellectual curiosity and are hungry to make a mark on the world by bringing the power of AI-native software to revolutionize supply chain.

As a Principal Product Strategist, you will leverage your understanding of supply chain planning processes and planning system architecture to shape strategic product development. This will include partnering with Product and Engineering leadership to improve our design and development processes.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional partners in Engineering, Customer Success, Enterprise Services (product deployment), and other functions to evolve a differentiated product roadmap that both integrates with the existing supply chain software tech stack and delivers exceptional customer value. You will leverage your understanding of how supply chain planning systems are built and operate to inform prioritization of new feature development as well as the optimal way to be thinking about integration with existing systems.

**Qualifications**:
**Must have**:

- 6 years of experience in a dynamic product role (ex. Product Strategy, Product Management, Product Development)
- Deep domain knowledge in Supply Chain planning _(_p_reference for both supply and demand planning)_
- Experience either building or implementing a planning system
- Understanding of the current supply chain planning technology landscape _(especially planning systems and supporting tools)_
- Interested in and excited about AI/ML
- Ability to think outside the box to create a next generation supply chain planning tool
- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid technical background with understanding of software development _(_preference for work experience in an Enterprise SaaS product environment)_

**Helpful to have**:

- Experience working at a supply chain software company _(preferred with a product management role and at a supply chain planning company)_
- Technical understanding of how AI/ML works
- Technical understanding of enterprise-grade software solutions
