**Job Title**: Front Office Executive / Receptionist
**Job Location**: Hyderabad
**Position**: Full Time
**Work Timings**: Regular hours will be from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST, 5 days a week.
**Requirements**:
- Must possess high energy and a professional demeanor.
**Responsibilities**:
- The list of responsibilities includes tasks related to office administration, communication, handling visitors, maintaining records, and more.
**Required Skills**:
- 1-2 years of experience as a front office executive in IT service companies.
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
- Office administration skills, including managing housekeeping and security staff, handling official phone calls, etc.
- Management of visitors and vendors providing soft drinks and beverages.
- Maintenance of attendance registers for housekeeping, security staff, and visitors.
- Handling incoming and outgoing couriers.
- Managing files, folders, and office utilities.
- Keeping records of utility bills (e.g., electricity, telephone).
- Assisting in organizing and filing office documents.
- Punching staff attendance daily in a register.
- Capable of handling office work independently.
- Proficiency in social media.
**Education**: Graduate in any discipline.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
