Operations Executive

Responsibilities**:Logistics ** Warehouse **Customer Satisfaction (Service)**

1. Logistics
- Creating Invoice, Credit Note, GDN, GRN, Memo
- Making Sure Customer deliveries and client deliveries are done on Time.
- Tracking and Monitoring Courier deliveries and removing dead locks
- Managing customer payments
- Collecting and recording customer payments
- Handling Driver and Travel expenses
- Managing Vehicles:

- Vehicle Maintenance Records

InsuranceRegistration RCFast tagPeriodic Maintenance
- Breakdown Handling
- Coordinating and Picking GDN stocks from client locations
- Managing Promotion Operations:

- Dispatching and receiving stall materials to the promotion location
- Inventory records for stocks, promotion materials sent and received.
- Skipped delivery Follow-up and Report - Daily Report
- Reporting skipped delivery every month.
- Maintaining delivery reports for received orders
- Cheque Collection and depositing cheque’s
- Cheque collection and deposit report on every Saturday

2. WareHouse
- Holding enough inventory to service orders
- Inventory report including inward & Outward - Daily
- Maintaining enough packing materials to ensure continuous availability and at the same time avoiding excess materials
- Maintaining attendance and timing of all warehouse members
- Managing resource availability (Electricity, Water, Stationary, Printers, Computers, Projector)
- Managing Hygiene
- Ensure cleaning of the office daily
- Ensure professional Dressing of employees
- Personal Hygiene of employees Maintaining inward and outward records promptly (GRN, GDN)
- Maintaining 5S in warehouses

3. Customer Service
- Ensuring Quicker delivery
- Solving customer grievances on delivery
- Payment collection from customers
- Report on Customer overdue on every Friday

4. Languages : Tamil & English

5. Gender : Male preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
