Education Qualification Graduate / Post-Graduate with HR & Sales Background

Reporting Manager Area Head - Sales, Ops & Placements

Functional Reporting Regional BDM - Placements

Experience 2 - 5 Years

Experience Area Training and recruitments, preferably in institutional business

Desired Skills
- Should be target oriented with high energy levels to cover the assigned area
- Good presentation skills
- Sales oriented approach & familiar with the local companies in the area
- Good communication skills, including in regional language
- Should be mobile with own vehicle
- Desirable to have membership in professional HR network and forums
- Understanding of placement methods in corporates
- Willing to travel extensively with his own vehicle

Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving assigned targets for the student placements/interviews in the area.
- Work to empanel with potential recruiters in the area and assist the delivery partners in their empanelment in the

zone of influence.
- Create a workflow for streamlining placement opportunities to students in the Area into the empaneled

companies/placement agencies.
- Ensure all the students in DP and Colleges have undergone mock interview sessions
- Track and analyze interview status in organizations
- Suggest improvement in training to achieve higher placement levels
- Identify and track employment related notification in the areas

KPI
- Providing Interview opportunities as per program norms
- Empanelment of Companies in the area to achieve the target no of interview opportunity for students
