As a Merchandiser in Export Sales, you will be responsible for handling the export operations and sales for furniture and interior products. You will work closely with international clients, managing their requirements and coordinating the export process to ensure successful project deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate the export sales of furniture and interior products to international markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with global buyers, distributors, and clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify market trends, customer preferences, and product demands to align with business objectives.
- Oversee product selection, pricing, and negotiations to meet client expectations and maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely production and shipment of goods.
- Prepare export documentation, manage compliance with international trade regulations, and handle shipping logistics.
- Monitor the entire merchandising process, ensuring product quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Arcedior’s product offerings and attract potential clients.
- Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and trends to the management team.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **merchandising and export sales** within the furniture, interior, or home decor industry.
- Strong knowledge of international markets, export regulations, and global trade dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Experience in managing product sourcing, pricing strategies, and supply chain operations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in export documentation, shipping procedures, and trade compliance.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, International Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in merchandising or export sales, preferably in the furniture or interior industry.
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
