**Responsibilities**:

- Handling the whole project starting from the selection of the Products to sourcing and procurement of goods.
- Planning and developing merchandising strategies.
- Vendor Management and development. Also Introduction of New Vendors.
- Analyzing sales figures, customer’s reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs.
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
- Sourcing Furniture, lighting, decor, FF&E products.
- Possess good knowledge of the Hard goods and furniture products.
- Costing and Negotiation.
- Capacity Planning and On time in full management.
- Trend Analysis & market research
- Regular market & competitor analysis to ensure the optimum collection with market trends and at best cost.

**Requirements**:

- Reading and understanding of AutoCAD drawings.
- English Communication (written and spoken both)
- PowerPoint Presentation
- Microsoft Excel
- Material Procurement skills
- Material Cost Negotiation skills
- Selling skills & Attention to dealing

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
