**Job Title: Marketing Executive (Restaurant)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Engagement and Hospitality**:

- Welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant, providing a friendly and personalized greeting.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements, taking reservations, and accommodating special requests.
- Engage with guests throughout their dining experience, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Anticipate guest preferences and proactively offer recommendations or assistance to enhance their experience.
- Customer Service and Issue Resolution:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Listen attentively to guest concerns and address them promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure prompt and accurate service delivery.
- **Upselling and Promotion**:

- Promote special menu items, seasonal offerings, and promotions to guests, encouraging additional purchases.
- Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and other marketing events to showcase our products/services and connect with customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimization.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build a strong online community and enhance brand loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Additional certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Strong creativity and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position requires working in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment.
- May involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of trays or equipment.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are typical in the restaurant industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 pm(Depends on interview)
