Client Servicing

**Key Responsibilities**:
- To achieve the business targets given/accepted using a combination of servicing existing clients and generating new business
- To sell the concept and to negotiate the cost
- To make presentations based on the briefs received.
- To understand the client’s communication needs - planning and conceptualizing the Event Plan.
- To be a client’s interface
- To brainstorm and ideate communication strategies
- To brief the creative team and to ensure that the commitments made to the client are kept.
- To drive the activities along with the operations team.
- To make smart calls for identifying prospects.
- Maintaining a complete database & required reports
- Achieving individual daily, monthly, and annual targets and contributing towards achieving company targets
- Sending Mailers to clients
- Prior experience of working with a reputed event management company is a must.
**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Client Servicing: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
