The Project Coordinator will be based in Hyderabad. In this position, you will report to the Project Operations Manager. Watch

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
- Collaborate and coordinate with Project Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics and Vendors.
- Assist with managing project budgets while using ERP tools like NetSuite for processing purchase orders, tracking payments and adding vendors.
- Manage close-out administration for projects globally.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports and collect/ consolidate user response.
- Track PM and Project Milestone completion and provide reports.
- Issue Project cost updates based on file inputs.
- Assist with data collection and clean-up activities for both regular and ad hoc reports.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required)
- Graduate with (3-5) years of relevant experience in project administration.
- Experience working with NetSuite.
- Experience working with Jira a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with MS Excel and computer literacy.
Here are a few of our preferred experiences:
- Experience working with Supply Chain and Logistics a plus
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously with care given to each.
- Capability to build cross functional relationships in a fast-paced environment.
