**Job Description: Entry-Level Design and Estimation Executive (ELV Systems)**

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Design and Estimation Executive to join our team, specializing in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are eager to kick-start their career in the field of electrical engineering and project management. The Design and Estimation Executive will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop skills in technical design, project estimation, and coordination within the ELV systems domain.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Training and Development**: Participate in an intensive training program to acquire knowledge and skills related to ELV systems, including structured cabling, security systems, communication networks, and fire detection systems.
- **Technical Design**: Assist senior engineers in developing technical designs and engineering drawings for ELV systems under supervision. Learn to use CAD software and other design tools effectively.
- **Estimation Support**: Support the estimation team in preparing cost estimates for ELV system projects. Learn to analyze project requirements, material specifications, and labor costs to develop accurate estimates.
- **Documentation**: Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including proposals, bid documents, and tender submissions. Learn to ensure that all documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and aligned with client requirements.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain pricing, specifications, and technical information required for project estimates and procurement.
- **Project Support**: Provide support to project managers and site engineers in coordinating ELV system projects. Learn to communicate effectively with stakeholders and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- **Quality Assurance**: Assist in conducting quality checks and inspections to ensure that installed ELV systems meet design specifications and performance requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles and concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Prior internship or coursework related to electrical engineering or project management is a plus.
