**What You’ll Be Doing**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
- Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
- Manages calendars for employee engagement, including making travel arrangements for CXO etc.
- Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
- Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering.
- Operates and maintains office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Support HR and Finance at needed in Time.
- Preparation of Master details for Group Term Insurance and Group Medical Insurance.
- Works with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand.
- Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
- Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.

**Profile Requirements**

Basic criteria
- Any bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Admin Executive
- Excellent record-keeping and high ethics
- Good team player

**Preferred Industry**:  Software Development or Any

**Salary & Compensation**: Competitive Package + Performance Incentives + mobile allowance + travel + other benefits (as per industry norms).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:
