**Job Profile**:
**Functional Responsibilities**:
- Travel Management -Coordinate with the vendors regarding the employee’s travel (Ticket, Accommodation etc)
- Guest Management & Schedule in-house and external events
- Monitor and maintain ,including repairing if needed, office equipment and inventory supplies; order replacement supplies as needed
- Employee relation-Interact with employee regularly & track the performance.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets, If any
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Local HR functions and report to CCU.
**Required Skill Set**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company and motivated to take on additional projects and solve problems
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
**Educational Background**:Must be Graduate. Regular course.
**Preferred Work Experience**: 5- 8 years.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
