**Job Title: Production Supervisor**

**Position Overview**:
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the production of automobile spare parts within our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for managing a team of production workers, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Production Operations**: Direct and coordinate production activities, including scheduling, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and allocating resources effectively to meet production targets.
- **Team Leadership**: Provide leadership and guidance to production staff, including training, coaching, and performance management, to ensure a motivated and efficient workforce.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all products meet established quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any issues related to product quality.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular safety inspections and take proactive measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the production process. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure adequate supplies are available to meet production demands. Coordinate with purchasing and logistics departments to manage inventory effectively.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate production records and documentation, including production reports, quality control records, and inventory records. Generate regular reports on production performance and key metrics for management review.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance, to resolve production issues, implement changes, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a production supervisory role within the automobile spare parts industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Solid understanding of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
