Production Supervisior

**Job Title**: Production supervisor (Metal Fabrication)

We are seeking a skilled Production & Design Engineer to join our metal fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process from conception to completion, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to project timelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop manufacturing processes for metal fabrication projects, considering factors such as materials, cost, and production timelines.
- review technical drawings, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to optimize manufacturability.
- Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize production costs while maintaining product quality.
- Utilize CAD software to create and modify design layouts and production plans.
- Ensure the Income & Outgoing Material Quality
- Must need to Work on MS Excel, Word
- Know to Draw 2D Drawings by using Auto CAD
- Know to use instruments such us Vernier, micrometer etc.,

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresher to 1 Year experience
- Proficiency in Auto CAD 2D
- Knowledge of metal fabrication processes such as cutting, welding, forming, and finishing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
