Responsible to carry out all the front desk operations. Such as check
- ins, check
- outs, confirmation calls, query calls, maintaining transaction records (Excel sheet) Co-ordination with house-keeping team, Material (Stationary inventory) Management for reception, guest interactions for feedback and suggestions to roam around the city. Owning guest complaints and resolving them with the help of management policies, Making sure all the SOP’s are followed. You should act as the bridge between the front desk and back office. While coordinating the operation you will also ensure that all guests experience a fantastic stay.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
