Associate, Cross-sell for Credit Cards will be responsible for managing post acquisition cross sell activities.

**Key Accountabilities, KPIs and Job Responsibilities**:
**Product Framework**
- Drive Card activation and onward customer engagement
- Configure and drive cross sell leads within the first 90 days from onboarding
- Work closely with technology team for enabling various engagement platforms

**Customer experience & service**
- Build frictionless customer interface for complaints and requests
- Build the team to X-sell, drive customer experience, revenue
- Interact closely with service team for service to sales

**P&L monitoring**
- Will closely review P&L and drive key revenue & cost items to optimize the same.

**Stakeholder & vendor management**
- Will liase with vendor partners to drive business goals
- Work with internal stakeholders - Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Collections, Audit and Service.

**Regulatory compliance and assessment**
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines for all card related parameters.
- Ensure compliance of card network guidelines

**Experience**:

- Minimum experience of 8 years with 6 years in credit cards
- Conversant with card systems on originations, card management and interface with other linked systems.
- Good analytical skills to plan and execute portfolio campaigns
- Goodpresentation skills (conversant with MS Office)

**Education / Preferred Qualifications**:

- MBA Degree/PGDM from a recognized university.
- Specialization in Digital Payments will be an added advantage

**Work Relationship**:

- Reporting to Credit cards head
- Working with Technology, Operations, Service ,vendor(s), Compliance, Risk, Consumer Banking Product & distribution teams,
- Interactions w/direct reports of Heads of Departments and others defined from time to time
- Manage channel / partner and handle front end sale team
