Location - Igatpuri Maharashtra
Salary : 10,000 to 18,000 Per Month. + Food And Accommodation
Education - Diploma or Any Graduate
Experience -1 to 3 years of Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
**Job Description: Telecaller**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our products and services.
- Explain the benefits and features of our offerings in a clear and engaging manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales leads in our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
