**Position Overview**:We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and drive client acquisition efforts for our digital marketing agency. As a Marketing Executive focused on client acquisition, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients and projects to fuel the growth of our agency. Your strategic thinking, persuasive communication skills, and ability to foster relationships will play a crucial role in expanding our client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a strategic plan to identify and target potential clients in need of digital marketing services.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities.
- Build and nurture a strong network of industry contacts, leads, and prospects through various channels including networking events, social media, and cold outreach.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and pitches to showcase our agency's capabilities and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
- Collaborate with the agency's creative and strategy teams to develop tailored proposals and pitches that align with client objectives.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with potential clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and progress in our CRM system.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to proactively identify potential clients and areas for growth.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team-based client acquisition targets on a consistent basis.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record 2-6 years in client acquisition, sales, or business development, preferably within a digital marketing agency or related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently present and pitch to a variety of audiences.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
