We are looking for an **Adviser - Buy** who will be responsible for managing a team of Buy Concierge professionals, ensuring effective resolution of buy-related queries, driving continuous improvement, promoting self-service tools, and fostering a positive team culture. This role plays a crucial part in P2P Buy Concierge agenda and contributes to enhancing end-user experience while upholding RT3C values.

**Reporting line**:Jasper P2P lead

**Scope**:Your scope will include (but not limited to) below

**End to End Pay Concierge**
- Oversee queries, resolve payment discrepancies, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support leaders in for ensuring reduction in number of tickets raised and improved First Contact Resolution scores.
- Timely and satisfactory resolution of escalations or concerns that arise related to Buy.
- Responsible for DTPs effectiveness as part of annual RACAM control framework

**Continuous Improvement and Productivity**:

- Part of a culture of continuous improvement within the team, actively finding opportunities to optimize processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and functional discussions to generate ideas for process enhancements and implement successful initiatives.
- Support the Buy Concierge leadership in executing the Continuous Improvement plans and project.

**Promote self-service tools**:

- Collaborate with IT to enhance self-service tools/chatbots integrated within the system.
- Enhance adoption and efficacy of chat bot including the chatbot database.
- Conduct training sessions to educate users on the functionality and benefits of self-service tools. Design and create user support, documentation, and resources to help users navigate and utilize the tools effectively.

**Promote RT3C Values**

Act as a role model for the RT3C values (Courage, Curiosity, Care) within the team and foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

**About Yourself**
- A Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in SCM, Finance or a related field
- 5-8 years of extensive experience in P2P Buy
- Good managerial skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Experience in shift management, workload allocation, and performance monitoring
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and collaboration skills to work effectively in a collaborative, complex and dynamic environment.
- Experience on working in Service Now/ RTTMS environment and SAP.
- Strongly establishes relationships with cross-functional teams.
