Python Trainer

**Responsibilities**
- Design and develop Python training programs and curriculum, tailored to the specific needs of our student audience (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
- Deliver interactive and informative training sessions, both in-person and online, that effectively teach Python syntax, concepts, and best practices.
- Create and manage high-quality training materials, including presentations, tutorials, hands-on exercises, and code samples.
- Continuously update training content to reflect the latest advancements and trends in Python programming.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student learning and program effectiveness.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to support students in their learning journey.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and collaboration.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Python trainer or developer.
- Strong understanding of Python programming fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, and popular libraries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Experience with developing and maintaining course curriculum.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Proficiency in using online learning platforms and collaborative tools (a plus).

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
