IT Co-ordinator

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Full-Stack IT Curriculum Developer and Trainer to join our team. You will be responsible for the entire development and delivery of our IT training programs. Your deep understanding of programming languages, from front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to back-end (Java, C++, Python) and data science concepts, coupled with your expertise in IT course design and teaching experience, will be instrumental in creating a comprehensive and engaging learning experience for participants at all skill levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive IT training curriculum for both front-end and back-end development, incorporating languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, C++, Python, and data science fundamentals.
- Design engaging and interactive course materials, including presentations, tutorials, labs, and assessments.
- Coordinate logistics for IT training programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation.
- Deliver effective and engaging IT training sessions, catering to learners with varying levels of experience, from beginner to advanced.
- Provide technical support and address participant questions throughout the training program.
- Evaluate participant progress through assessments and maintain accurate training records.
- Analyze training data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure program effectiveness.
- Stay current on evolving IT technologies, particularly in front-end, back-end development, and data science, to continuously update curriculum and training content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding and practical experience with various programming languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, C++, Python, and data science fundamentals.
- In-depth knowledge of IT courses and curriculum development best practices across front-end and back-end development.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally in a technical training environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks.
- Strong proficiency in relevant IT tools and software, including learning management systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
