**Designation**:Support Executive
**Job Location**:Mumbai
**Department **:Customer Support Services
**Job Purpose**: Providing Functional and technical support across the company’s cliental. Installing and configuring (Functional and technical) computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
**Responsibilities**:
- Helping the implementation team with basic configuration and role definition in the software
- On Deployment train the clients staff, employee, promotors etc. on the function aspect of the software
- Managing data migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality for the software at the client end
- Keeping a record of configuration changes
- Providing front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments
**Requisite Skills**:
- Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments and clients
- Exceptional communication skills
**Desired Skills**:
A good level of technical understanding, with enthusiasm for new technology
**Education**:Graduate (Any Stream)
**Relevant Experience**:
**CTC per annum**:2 LPA to 3 LPA
**Total Experience: 1** years+
**Work time**:10:00 am to 7:30 pm
**PF - Yes / No**
**Gender**:Both
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
