**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the executive team's calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Act as the liaison between the executive team and various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and employees.
- Maintain and update confidential files, records, and databases with accuracy and discretion.
- Coordinate and arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate meeting minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Conduct research, gather information, and compile data for various projects or reports as assigned.
- Assist with the preparation and editing of correspondence, memos, and other written materials.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Handle any other administrative duties or special projects as required.

MBA in Marketing, Any Qualifications

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
