**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Coordination**: Act as a coordinator between internal and external stakeholders including lawyers/law firms/ consultants for scheduling meetings, collation of various legal documents, assisting teams in ensuring smooth communication and collaboration regarding legal matters
- **Operational MIS (Management Information System)**: Create and maintain an MIS system to track and manage ongoing litigation cases, real estate work, and other legal matters. This includes updating the status, deadlines, and key milestones
- **Real Estate**: Keeping a comprehensive tracker for all ongoing real estate projects, and document management, to ensure smooth operations and compliance
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain and update litigation records in both physical and digital formats, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for future reference
- **Legal Due Diligence Support**: Collect and organize information required for conducting legal due diligence for upcoming projects, including reviewing documents, verifying data, and ensuring data confidentiality

**Experience and Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a law degree either in the 3
rd
or 4
th
year
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- An interest in real estate and corporate law is a plus
