- **Roles and Responsibilities **:_
- Communicating on Inbound Calls with USA based customers
- Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Converting potential customers and providing them the services
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Up selling products and services.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets
- **Requirement**:_
- Excellent Spoken English
- Ready to work in Evening/Night Shift.
- Hiring freshers with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven by sales targets
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills including both verbal and written.
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others
- The ability to work under pressure and meet sales deadlines

Schedule:

- Work From Office
- 5 days-a-week / rotational shift
- Evening Shift/US shift 8:30pm-5:30am

Location: Panchkula

Ability to commute:
No Cab/Meal
- Panchkula: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- 12th / Bachelor's (preferred) with excellent communication skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
