We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing agency. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing deals with local customers. You will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our agency by leveraging your sales expertise and marketing knowledge to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and secure new business opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients in the local market, including small and medium-sized businesses, startups, and other relevant industries.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competition, and tailor marketing strategies to effectively position our agency's services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their objectives, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and sales pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our digital marketing services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, including sales presentations, case studies, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and expand the network of potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and persuasive skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
