**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize logistics and supply chain operations.
- Oversee inventory levels and implement effective inventory management practices.
- Coordinate order processing, packaging, and shipment to meet customer demands.
- Plan and manage transportation activities, negotiating contracts with carriers.
- Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms.
- Develop and manage budgets for logistics operations.
- Implement technology solutions to enhance logistics efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in logistics processes.

**Requirements;**
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and transportation coordination.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on cost management.
- Ability to adapt to technological advancements in logistics.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in logistics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
