Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff members.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall office efficiency and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
