Sales Coordinator cum Office Admin in Bhubaneswar Saheed Nagar

Job Role:

- We are looking for a Computer retail-oriented Sales Coordinator cum Office Admin to contribute to the achievement of sales objectives, maintaining good customer relationships and supporting in day-to-day office administration work.
- The Sales Coordinator will help us in supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.
- To be a successful Sales Coordinator, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills. Work Experience: Should have techno-commercial knowledge on Networking Skills: Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including, hardware and configurations. Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware and other network and system problems. Ability to implement, administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewalls, routers, switches, controllers. Might have worked on surveillance cameras both IP and Analogue based Company Profile:

- SMS Technology established in the year 2010, engaged in IT consulting & services including Content services, Website development & design, maintenance & support services for complex medium & large-scale projects.
- We deal in array of products and services like Desktops & Laptops, Laser & Ink tank Printers, Laptop Repairing, Billing Printers, CCTV & IP Cameras, Biometric Attendance, Video Conferencing, Interactive Board, Online UPS and Inverter, Projector Installation, Vyapaar App, Computer Networking & WIFI Setup, Software and Antivirus, Desktop & Laptop Accessories. Job Responsibilities:

- Managing office folders and files in Proper Manner.
- Maintaining our Accounts Software & Cashbook in Excel.
- Managing our Sales Counter for computer equipment’s sales and service.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other functions to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information as and when required.
- Handling product purchase, pricing and replacements from distributors in Saheed Nagar as and when required.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in similar profile is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer handling skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
