Future Bhubaneshwar School is urgently looking for IT Lab system admin

**Job responsibilities of IT Lab System Admin**

1. Will manage the Hardware and Software of IT Lab.

2. Installing new softwares according to the Class and Subject as per the teachers requirement.

3. Look after the students and system when Lab class is in progress in IT Lab.

4. Formatting the PC’s and resolving system related issues.

5. Managing Smart Class PC's in classrooms in case of issues.

6. Handling Sound System and Projector in case of Meetings.

7. Operating ERP and resolving Admin and Academic queries.

8. Typing documents and letters if required for the school.

9. Editing photosfor School Websites and social media handles.

10. Designing presentations in PPT in case required.

11. Will assist the classteachers at the time of report card preparation and printing. ( As and when required).

12. Sometimes students are required to use IT Lab for their compititive preparations without any supervision of teachers due to classroom engagements. So a permanent presentee in the IT Lab will be helpful for supervision.

13. Can play an important role during seminars, Workshops and symposiums.

14. Can be a member of Media team. ( If required)

15. Most importantly for better management and maintenance of IT Lab a permanent and dedicated staff will be more fruitful.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
